Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you send an inquiry, we process the details you enter: your name and email, and if you choose to give them, your company, phone number, type of stay, number of people, dates and message. We use them only to answer your inquiry and to prepare an offer or a booking.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

How the form is delivered

The inquiry form is delivered to our mailbox by the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes your message to us by email. This may involve processing outside the European Union. If you prefer, write to us directly by email instead.

How long we keep your data

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request. If a booking follows, we keep the data for the periods required by accounting and tax law. Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and its fonts are hosted on our own server. The contact page shows a Google map. When you open that page, your browser loads the map from Google, which receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. The home page has a YouTube video. It loads from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you press play; YouTube then receives your IP address and may store data in your browser under Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to denis@udruga-sol.hr. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
